Brewed with our long-term mates at Indian Ocean Brewing Co The brewers decided to get a little wild with a dry-hopped hazy Grisette, a style born from tradition but twisted in all the right ways. We’re talking a malt base of regen-grown Pilsner, Wheat, and Munich. Sustainable, flavourful, and built properly from the ground up. Then we layered in a Kiwi-meets-US hop blend (NZ Cascade, Amplifire, Riwaka, Amarillo Cryo, NZH-109) for a party of melon, tropical fruits, citrus. But here’s where things get really fun – we’re fermenting this beauty with BR-8 Brettanomyces yeast. That means expect a light funk, dry snap, and heaps of playful esters and phenolics bouncing off the hop character.
